There are some changes that have come along with these bottles. Here is the summary:
- No more 236mL bottles. We know many of you love this bottle size, but for the sake of consistency and better flavor, we decided to eliminate this larger bottle option. Not to worry, though! We have added two new size options to replace 236mL bottles. You will now be able to purchase 150mLs (5 x 30mL bottles) of the same flavor for $29.99, or 300mLs (10 x 30mL bottles) of the same flavor for $49.99.
- No more flavor shots. Again, this decision was made with consistency in mind. To give our customers the best quality flavor that tastes excellent every time,we decided to eliminate flavor shots with our blue-label bottles. However, you can still purchase separate flavoring via our e liquid flavorings section. This can be used to customize your bottle to your exact flavor preference.
- Different blends. These new blue bottles will no longer offer the 80PG/20VG, 65PG/35VG, or 20PG/80VG options. These have effectively been replaced by 30PG/70VG and 70PG/30VG options. These blends were carefully selected and we believe you will find them to be suitable replacements.
We understand that these are big changes for our customers. However, we believe that these bottles represent the future of what vaping should be: perfect flavor and optimum consistency at a reasonable price point. These changes were made with our customers in mind, and we hope that you love this new packaging as much as we do!
We would also like to announce that while we are offering only 24 flavors in these blue bottles to start, we will soon be transitioning over to blue bottles for every Mt Baker Vapor flavor. This change will be happening on August 5th. Along with the change, we will be holding our biggest sale of all time with 25% off our entire selection of blue-label bottles all weekend long.

Why the Public’s Perception of Vaping is Incorrect
At VaporFi, we know all about the hard work that has allowed e-cigarettes and the vape industry to grow and expand at such a fast rate. Despite seeing noticeable growth, vaping is still largely misunderstood by much of the public.
These misunderstandings have led to a public perception of vaping being dangerous, which has affected the overall image of the industry.
Here is a brief overview of current public perceptions and how to best respond to them.
Current Public Opinions on Vaporizers
According to a poll done by the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, 32 percent of their respondents believe vaping to be as dangerous as traditional tobacco products, while 6 percent believed it to be more harmful than traditional tobacco products.
By comparison, 44 percent of respondents viewed vaping to be less dangerous than traditional tobacco products. Anyone who’s well read on vaping will know that the 44 percent in this case are factually correct.
Also of note, 48 percent of respondents responded in favor of banning vape juice flavors while 46 percent were in favor of flavors being allowed. These data points show that not only is vaping viewed as unfavorable by the public at large but they are basing these views on misguided information.
Responding to Incorrect Views
As the above information shows, the public in general does not have a high opinion of vaping and many people incorrectly believe it to be more harmful than smoking.
At VaporFi, we’ve always viewed the vape industry as not just about products but about a community as well. As a community, we can inform and educate people.
The reason for the misinformation about e-cigs and vaping is mostly due to a lack of information. Vaping is a relatively new industry and, as such, isn’t widely understood by the public.
When you encounter incorrect information, there are ways to correct this and provide real concrete data that not only educates people but also in turn improves vaping’s overall reputation.
Remember that much of this information is not based in fact and is propagated by businesses that have something to gain if vaping is mistrusted and viewed as a harmful industry.
Informing the Public
Influencing public opinion about vaping requires not only verifiable data, but also a platform that people will read. Fortunately, the modern digital age has made sharing information easier than ever. Information can easily be spread by using the correct platforms. These include:
- The Local Paper: many newspapers publish opinion pieces or letters to the editor both in online and print editions. Despite changing mediums (print to digital) local newspapers remain widely read in their communities. If you’re interested in writing an opinion article, contact your local newspaper and ask what their rules and requirements are.
- Comment on Existing Articles: many online articles have a comment section. When you see a vaping-themed article with incorrect information, feel free to post a comment noting what is wrong and supply the correct information. Remember, the best comments are not only respectful but also offer supporting evidence.
- Post Responses on Social Media: when you see a negative article, feel free to post about it on social media along with giving a brief explanation on what it is wrong. Some articles can become very popular and be spread around various online communities. This assures that incorrect information receives a response.
- Blogging: for the vape user who likes to write, a blog can be a very useful platform for those creative energies. Responses to articles, news in the industry, information, and opinion articles can all be published on a blog and linked to other sources to attract readers.
- Share Information and Experiences: sometimes the best way to combat misinformation is to simply share your own experiences. On social media, share experiences and stories on how vaping has had a positive impact in your life. For people who don’t like to write, simply posting links to articles that are both positive and informative does a valuable service in spreading information and educating the uninformed.

The public, sadly, is generally uninformed or misinformed about the greater vaping industry. At VaporFi, we know the best way to respond to misinformation is with the facts. By presenting calm and reasoned arguments, vapers can change the current public perception of the industry.
